Your tasks:
- Support, development and automation of our server, virtualization and container infrastructure.
- Administration and optimization of Linux systems as well as Kubernetes, Docker and Virtualization environments.
- Planning, configuration and operation of network, firewall and data center components.
- Developer support:internal teams in deployment, monitoring, fault analysis and stable operation of applications.
- Further development of monitoring, logging and automation solutions.
- Participation in concepts for safety, high availability, redundancy and efficient operating processes.
- Assessment and meaningful use of modern technologies, including AI-based tools, to improve processes, documentation and problem solving.
- Analysis of technical challenges and the development of sustainable and practical solutions in the team.

That’s what you bring:
- A completed training as a specialist:in or a comparable qualification in the IT sector. We also welcome cross-comers with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the administration of Linux servers.
- Good knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware ESXi, KVM or comparable technologies.
- Experience with container technologies, in particularCubernetand Docker.
- Safe handling of monitoring and logging systems such as Icinga2, Grafana or comparable tools.
- Basic to good understanding of networks, firewalls and IT security.
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoying teamwork and technical responsibility.
- Sufficient English skills to understand technical documentation and to deal with it safely in everyday work.
- Flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
