You can just talk about our Contact form contact or email customer support@ariva.de write. In a first conversation we clarify your requirements, send you an individual offer and accompany you in the technical implementation – e.g. via API or web integration to live.

As a rule, we offer flexible contractual term. By default, many services with a 12-month term start – depending on the solution, also shorter or individually negotiateable.

7. How are the prices and costs of data and tools?
We calculate individually, depending on the scope of data, access frequency, duration and type of use (internal/external). You get a transparent, fairly calculated offer.

8. What does the customer service support me?
Our team helps to select the appropriate data, the technical setup, implementation and ongoing operation – with problems, questions or requests for change.

9. Can I get a firm contact for my project?

10. Can I get all the data I need at ARIVA?
We offer a wide range of data – from course data to fundamental data to key figures and indications. What we do not produce ourselves can be provided by partners such as Morningstar or Lang & Schwarz.

11. What is a data vendor or is ARIVA a vendor?
Yes, ARIVA is a licensed data vendor. We are an official provider of stock exchange rates, market data, indications and financial information – with our own data infrastructure.

12. How high is the quality of the data and tools ARIVA offers?
Our data is validated, quality-secured and meet the highest standards. We deliver real-time, delay and EoD data – performant, stable and accurate.

13. I only need certain tools/data, for example only real-time share courses. Can I still become ARIVA customers?
Yes, we also offer small packages or individual tools. We also find suitable solutions for slim requirements.

14. How quickly does ARIVA react in case of disturbances in the data feed?
Our systems are highly available. If there is a malfunction, we will inform you proactively and work with high priority on the solution.

15. How fast can ARIVA provide new data or tools?
Depending on the complexity and system environment, we provide new data in a few hours to a few days. Our customer support supports you directly in the implementation.

17. Does ARIVA offer finished tools and data packages or are the solutions created individually?
Both. You can use proven standard products or let us develop customized packages.

21. Does ARIVA provide a financial data API, chart tools or web services?
Our API provides structured course, master or fundamental data. We also offer chart widgets, performance tools and interactive financial graphics.

22. Can I also obtain third-party data from ARIVA such as Morningstar, Lang & Schwarz, Deutsche Börse, Gettex or FWW?
Yes, we work with numerous stock exchanges and data providers and enable this content to be linked via our platform or API.
