Behind every reliable financial data infrastructure are people who take responsibility.

Riccardo Grießbach im Portrait: Digital financial applications only work reliably when people in the background control complex projects, understand regulatory requirements and continuously develop technical solutions. That’s right.Riccardo Grießbach.

For more than twelve years, he has been actively involved in the development of ARIVA and is responsible for the areas today, together with Björn Fehr.RegulatoryandWeb Services. His career shows how expertise, self-initiative and responsibility can develop at ARIVA.

No rectilinear CV, but a clear goal

Riccardo Grießbach im Portrait: He was born in Berlin and grew up there. His way later led him to Kiel via Belgium, Rendsburg and Rostock. His educational path was not classical. He completed the second course of education before he decided to study economic informatics. In 2012, he began as a working student at ARIVA and developed step by step to become one of the shaping personalities in the company.

Responsibility grows with experience

During his time at ARIVA, Riccardo has accompanied numerous projects that are now an integral part of the company’s financial data infrastructure.

These include the introduction of the DocHub forSIX, the development of customer support as well as the international major project with UBS, in which a platform for the generation and distribution of regulatory documents was developed. Today, Riccardo, together with his team, coordinates challenging customer projects and develops solutions that use banks, brokers, stock exchanges and financial platforms daily.

It is no longer just aboutSoftware development.

It is about bringing together financial data, regulatory requirements and powerful technologies to create stable and reliable digital applications.

Responsibility is an attitude

What distinguishes Riccardo is his look at challenges. He describes himself as someone who takes responsibility, accepts competition and is convinced that almost everything can be learned.

His personal motto is:

“I can do anything. ‘

Not as an empty flea, but as an attitude. This attitude also shapes his work as a leadership. Open communication, honest feedback and genuine interest in the team are important prerequisites for successful cooperation.

Infrastructure is created by people

For Riccardo, the ARIVA does exactly. Short decision-making, pragmatic cooperation and the ability to take responsibility create an environment in which ideas can quickly become reality. This self-understanding fits the brand promise of ARIVA:

Financial data must be used reliably.

ARIVA has been developing and operating the appropriate financial data infrastructure since 1998, focusing on people who take responsibility, develop solutions and grow together.

This thought is also privately drawn by Riccardo’s life. During hiking, handicrafts with wood or in his garden, he is interested in building and developing something sustainably.

People make the difference

Technology forms the foundation of digital financial applications. The difference, however, is that of people who shape this infrastructure.

Riccardo Grießbach is one of them.
