Artificial intelligence is currently developing rapidly. Especially the focus of many companies is on so-called RAG systems ‘Retrieval-Augmented Generation’. There is a TechTalk with KI.SH on the subject of RAG systems, supported the ARIVA as a partner of KI.SH. RAG systems enable Combine AI applications with your own data, documents and sources of knowledge and thereby achieve significantly more precise and controllable results.

The event was excellently attended and once again showed how strong the interest in practical AI topics has also become in Schleswig-Holstein.

The focus was on exciting lectures and concrete insights from different perspectives:

• Paul Baumgarten spoke about “pRAGmatic systems”
• Ben Biesenbach showed how “Blinde Flecken in RAG” can be identified
• Nils Lockmann highlighted the topic “RAG as a green AI architecture”
• Maike Splittgerber from TKMS gave insights into “RAG on Premise: Enterprise-KI in regulated industrial environments”

In addition to the lectures, the personal exchange an important role. In the subsequent networking, the current developments, challenges and possible applications of AI systems discussed.

Such events are also particularly valuable for ARIVA. As Providers of financial data, APIs and digital data solutions deals with the company daily large volumes of data, interfaces and technological developments. This is why the exchange with the regional AI and tech community is an important part in order to arrange and rethink new technologies at an early stage.

ARIVA sees great potential in topics such as RAG systems, especially there, where structured data, knowledge management and AI applications come together.
