
Christopher Schmidt is Software Engineer in Team Data at ARIVA and is one of the personalities of corporate history. He has been an impressive head behind ARIVA since his entry in 2007, after a Interview with founder Jochen Pape, and has significantly accompanied the development of ARIVA. His path led him from the Ruhr area via a computer science study in Bochum and a station in a Cologne start-up finally to the north and to ARIVA.

Today Christopher works in the Team Data and takes care of, among other things, that systems and data interact smoothly. He often acts as Interface between growing structures and new technologies. Colleague: not only as a developer, but also as an organizational institution with a strong sense of responsibility. This makes him a shaping head behind ARIVA.
Despite high demands, he describes the working atmosphere as very positive: a demanding everyday life, but carried by a strong team and a very good operating climate. Personal exchange in the office is an important part of it.
Christopher is also engaged outside the company: He drives passionately bicycles, photographed and has been since 2023 Mayor of the Grand Vollstedtbeside his profession and his family.
