Arne knew early that IT was thrilling him. Originally he started training as a specialist informatics. But at the beginning of the 2000s, when the Dotcom bubble was burst and the future<\/span> of the tech industry seemed uncertain, it was a bold way. Finally, the finances must also be managed. Instead, Arne decided to Training as a tax specialist<\/a><\/strong> – a solid and equally analytic entry into the professional world.<\/p>

After successful training, a BWL study at Kiel University followed. In parallel, Arne gained further practical experience in a tax consulting firm and completed the further training as a tax consultant. His understanding of numbers, his accuracy and his structured way of working proved to be real strengths – qualities that should later be characterized by ARIVA.<\/p>

In 2018, the change: Arne came to ARIVA and thus back to the vicinity of his original IT interest – but this time with a deep understanding of financial processes and entrepreneurial structures. His start was anything but quiet: The conversion of accounting to the DATEV system was implemented consistently and successfully. It quickly became clear: Arne thinks, grabs<\/span> and has a sense of efficient processes. According to the motto: finance must be managed.<\/p>

Today Arne heads<\/span> the finance team at ARIVA, consisting of four colleagues. He is responsible for central tasks in the area of finance, wage accounting and controlling and is also an estimated contact person when it comes to clarity, structure and reliability.<\/p>

In addition to the job, Arne is a family father of three children and ambitious hobby gardeners. In his greenhouse in Warder, currently 48 tomato plants thrive – all of them prefer, piqued and cultivated with a lot of devotion. Because also in the garden: finance must be managed.<\/p>
