Last Thursday we were for the first time Job.Tasting<\/strong> represented in Kiel – organized by Kiel.Works<\/a> by Kieler Wirtschaftsförderung and hosted in COBL Coworking Café<\/a><\/strong>. For us it was an exciting premiere. Our premiere at the job.Tasting in Kiel brought many new insights and encounters.<\/p>

The event offered a special platform to get to know young talents in a relaxed atmosphere<\/strong> and to get in touch with each other. In contrast to classical career fairs, the job was not focused on the rigid stand-to-visitor situation, but on the direct, personal conversation. That’s what made the exchange so valuable: speak authentic about ARIVA<\/strong>give exciting insights into our work and at the same time learn what expectations and ideas the young talents bring. These experiences at our first experience at the job.Tasting in Kiel helped us to gain important experiences.<\/p>

A highlight was the subsequent networking. Our first participation in the Kieler Job.Tasting offered the opportunity not only to establish contacts but also to discuss concrete possibilities. What career paths are realistic? What skills are particularly required today?<\/strong> And how can companies like ARIVA support young people as best possible? These questions were at the centre of attention – and it was discussed intensively, but always loose and open. Our premiere at the job.Tasting offered valuable discussions.<\/p>

We would like to thank Anne Marie Schönrock and the Team of Kiel.Works<\/strong> for the inspiring idea and the great implementation. Such formats bring companies and applicants: they work together in an uncomplicated manner and show how modern recruiting can work today. We are very pleased to see that our initial experience at the job.Tasting in Kiel was impressively shown.<\/p>

For us it is clear: The job.Tasting was a complete success – and we are already looking forward<\/span> to a repetition! 💙 Regularly students from different areas are addressed. And we are constantly looking for new talents for our three main business areas Data, Web Services and Regulatorics.<\/p>
